Hiking the Franconian Switzerland
Hey there,
I’ve visited the Franconian Switzerland in the beginning of may. It’s a really diverse region, rearding the landscape and geological features. There are huge forests, rocks, flowing hills, calm streams, bendy roads and a vast network of hiking and cycling paths. Also you can find small towns with medival features like castles and monastries erverywhere.
In five days we hiked around 100 km and 2500 meters in height, not quite excessive, but it’s been a great warmup for the summer.
My trusty camera was with me all the time and sind some weeks I’m trying out some new styles, sinve I’m not very experienced in photographing and sometimes really stuck and don’t know, what to shoot. That puts me in situations, where I really enjoy what I see and where I am and I really would like to take photos, but I don’t have any clue on how to make something good (or acceptable) out of the situation. In the past months, in theese sitations I wouldn’t have taken any shot. Now I’m playing around with perspectives, light and just get some experience, also if the images are being deleted later.
